The apartment was a jaw-dropping space, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable for 8 of us sharing. The location was mind-blowing, just a 500m walk across the road to the main gondola. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen was well-equipped with an electric kettle and cookware/ kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. Plus, the apartment had a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The ski to door access was fantastic for skiing enthusiasts. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and even golfing. The free parking was convenient, and the ski car park was easily accessible. The cots provided were a nice touch for families with young children. Lastly, the luggage storage and locker room facilities were very useful. It is worth mentioning that there was no smoking allowed on the premises, which is a big bonus for non-smokers like myself. our stay was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more.

I recently stayed at Tarter Chalets Apartments for a week-long vacation with my family. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment itself was nice, with plenty of space for our group of five. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The beds were comfortable, although a bit creaky. it was a great stay, despite a few minor inconveniences.
I recommend this hotel.

The nearest airport was absolutely miles away, which was just the perfect start to my vacation. And the free WiFi was a great way to pass the time while waiting for my flight delays. Hiking and skiing in the area were totally possible, if you're into that sort of thing.
The microwave, fridge, and oven were such a hassle to use. I mean, who wants to actually cook on vacation?

The apartment had a cozy fireplace that made us feel right at home. We loved the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. The spacious living room was perfect for family hangouts and games. The flat-screen TV kept the kids entertained during downtime. The washing machine was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes clean during our stay. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer, so we didn't have to worry about packing extra items. Having a seating area was a great addition, providing a comfortable spot to relax after a long day of exploring. The electric kettle in the apartment came in handy for our morning tea and coffee.
Personally, we didn't use the bidet in the bathroom, but others might find it useful.

My go-to place in El Tarter! Always hassle-free. The staff even helped me find a taxi once. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing. Coming back soon for another trip!

Spacious Living Room with Fireplace: The apartment's living room was like a cozy haven, complete with a fireplace. We spent evenings curled up by the fire, enjoying the warmth and ambiance after a day of exploring the beautiful mountains of Andorra. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
Kitchen Appliances Need Updating: The only minor issue we encountered was that the kitchen appliances, such as the fridge, dishwasher, stove, and oven, were a bit old. While they still worked, they could benefit from an upgrade to enhance convenience and functionality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short 500m walk across the road to the main gondola and ski car park. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable and clean apartment that was an ideal size for 4-6 people. The staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel to the nearby skiing slopes was convenient, allowing for easy access to the slopes and making my skiing experience hassle-free.
Not obvious to find. The hotel was a bit difficult to locate at first, but once I found it, everything was smooth sailing.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with the gondola and ski car park just a short walk away. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment, with spotless showers and a well-equipped kitchen. The layout of the apartment was spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for our group of 4-6 people.
One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the noise coming from the chalet above. The wooden floors seemed to lack insulation, making it quite noisy when people were moving around or talking.

It made accessing the slopes so convenient.
I had a minor issue with the parking, but the friendly and helpful staff quickly resolved it and made sure I had a spot for my car.
